There are many reasons we may begin therapy; we may long for change or
hope for opportunities for healing, growth and transformation.
Whether there is a particular thing you are struggling with, a need for greater support, or an interest in deepening self-awareness, I can support you on your journey. I bring my own lived experienced of what it means to be navigating the fullness of an authentic, meaningful and humanly imperfect life.
My approach is safe, gentle, evidence-based and grounded in relationship. In a non-pathologising, non-judgemental way, I walk alongside people to cultivate a greater connection to self, each other and the planet.
By integrating creative and trauma-informed techniques with relational psychotherapy, neuroscience, attachment theory and mindfulness, I aim to facilitate a deeper understanding of oneself and promote transformative change.
One on one therapy to support life’s many challenges and provide new possibilities for healing, growth, and well-being.
For those looking to improve the quality of their relationship and communication, work through transitional stages, or work through conflict and repetitive issues.

Information on my hourly therapy fee, rebates, concessions, rescheduling and the recommended session frequency.
- Individual therapy is $150 for a 1 hour session. This applies to sessions held at Thrive, Healing Ground, within nature and online.
- Couples therapy in which two people are in attendance is $180 for a 1 hour session. This applies to sessions held at Thrive, Healing Ground, within nature and online.
While I don’t offer Medicare rebates, my fees are adjusted so they are similar to the out-of-pocket expenses one would pay with a psychologist.
For people interested in medium or long term psychotherapy, my services are likely to be more affordable than those of therapists offering Medicare rebates, who become more expensive when the rebate runs out.
I offer some concession spots for health care card holders, students, and people experiencing financial hardship. Please get in touch to discuss your options.
Please note that cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to scheduled appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a 1/2 session fee. This is waived if the appointment is changed to an available time within the same week.
Weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended, although the timing of sessions can be tailored to best suit each individual person.
